Did you know that three families hear the words “Your child has cancer” everyday?

The Dainere’s Rainbow Team have come up with a very special initiative for International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and that is to display a Gold Ribbon at your home or workplace to show your support for and to elevate significant awareness for Childhood Cancer through the month of September.

You can tie or stick a gold ribbon around a tree, letterbox, pole, fence, gate, birdbath, statue, chair, desk, computer, window, door or anywhere it can be seen. Take a photograph and share to the Dainere’s Rainbow Facebook Page with #goinggoldinseptember or #goinggoldforchildhoodcancer

The more ribbons that are displayed at people’s homes and workplaces the more conversations that can be started, the more knowledge and more awareness. This all can then lead to more funding and the gift of hope for a cure. No child should have their future stolen by cancer and together we can take action and create change.
