Photo released after child allegedly assaulted at Marketplace Gungahlin

ACT Policing has released an image of a man they believe could help their investigation into the alleged assault of a child in Gungahlin.

It’s believed the alleged incident took place at Marketplace Gungahlin shopping centre between 12:20 pm and 12:30 pm on Wednesday (17 July).

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, with blonde/light brown short hair, a red short beard and a moustache.

He was seen wearing a black puffer vest, navy long-sleeve shirt, denim jeans, and dark brown boots.

Police have urged anyone who witnessed the alleged incident or who could help identify this man to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, quoting reference 7433555.
