Gungahlin Martial Arts is offering a 5 week women’s self-defence course suitable for women of any fitness or experience level.
It doesn’t matter how big they are. It doesn’t matter how strong they are. Knowing why gives you the edge and the confidence to protect yourself.
In this 5 week women’s self-defence course you will learn:
- What the most common attacks are and how to respond to them.
- Simple and effective escape techniques.
- How you can create enormous knock down power.
- The mistakes even seasoned martial artists make and how to avoid them.
Classes are conducted in regular sporting/exercise clothing and appropriate footwear such as sneakers are worn at all times.
This 5 week course will run from 26th May – 23rd June on Saturday mornings from 9am – 10am at Gungahlin Gymnasium.
Each class equates to just $13 with the whole course costing $65 paid in advance.
Once you have completed this course participants can proceed to the advanced course.
