ACT Policing are investigating a suspicious death in Jacka which occurred on Monday 15 February 2016.
Police and ACT Ambulance Service officers attended a residence and a male was transported to hospital where he later died.
ACT Policing Criminal Investigations team will investigate the circumstances surrounding the matter which is alleged to be a family violence incident.
A 37-year-old male is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The investigation is ongoing.
