Leemhuis Hospitality who are the licencees at The George Harcourt Inn in Gold Creek have announced their plans to open a “gastro style pub (with a twist)’ at Casey Market Town. The pub named Casey Jones is expected to open in mid April this year looking to be the ‘local’ for those in Casey and surrounding suburbs.
Leemhuis Hospitality plan to build a comfortable meeting place catering for a diverse range of customers in a colourful, ambient and friendly way. Planning is well under way to deliver a modern design and menu to suit.
“We are planning to have in excess of 15 uncontracted rotating craft beers on tap with a very extensive cocktail list. Think Hibki & maple infused old fashioned’s washed down with a Pint of Brookvale Union Ginger whilst sharing a platter of cherry cola & chill flame grilled ribs and you will get a taste of what we will be delivering” says Josh from Leemhous Hospitality.
Casey Jones will be open for breakfast, lunch & dinner with table service, a friendly environment and a focus on shared plates which will complement two private dining rooms and secluded booth seating. They will also have two separate beer gardens to utilise the recreational park and lawn areas adjacent to the pub along the “Green Square” in the warmer months.
