The Suburban Land Agency, in line with the Indicative Land Release Program, will release five blocks in Gungahlin for land auction on 25 March 2020. The land auctions will further add to the growth of the Gungahlin community and development of the town centre precinct.
Following the auction, we will keep you updated with the future purpose of the sites. However, these sites will remain open until the auction and following this at the discretion of the new owners.

Please consider alternative parking options. Given that some blocks are currently being used as temporary parking locations, the car parks may be closed following sale. There are a range of options for visitors and commuters to consider in the town centre. The Park and Ride has re-opened near EPIC, providing a convenient alternative parking for light rail commuters.
