A development application has been submitted by POD Projects for Block 4, Section 209 Gungahlin, the block next to GEOCON’s Infinity Towers along Gundaroo Drive. The development application is for a proposal for 14 storey mixed use commercial and residential development comprising of 5 commercial tenancies and 172 dwellings, basement car parking, landscaping and associated works.
The proposal has five levels of carparking across 3 basement levels, ground level and level 1. The 5 commercial tenancies will be located at ground level with residential apartments from level 1 to 13. The residential lobby will be accessed from Gribble Street. A choice of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments will be offered as part of this development. Residents will be provided access to a pool deck, fitness centre and garden terrace at level 3, two roof terraces and gardens at level 15 (atop the building).
