Commencing on 15 May 2017 and for the next four weeks, the southbound bus lane will be shared with general traffic at Flemington Road EPIC onto Federal Highway. Reduced traffic lane access will take place as follows:
Stage 1 – Monday 15/05/17 and Tuesday 16/05/17, Flemington Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic at the right turn onto Federal Highway.
Stage 2: 17 May – 10 June 2017, all traffic will share 2 lanes, and there will be 2 right hand turn lanes at Flemington Road onto Federal Highway.
This is a 4-week lane closure required to carry out integrity dig on the existing 450mm gas main on Federal Highway.
Work Schedule:
Daytime installation of protective barriers on Monday 15/05/17 and Tuesday 16/05/17
Daytime works will continue for four weeks commencing on 17/05/17
