ACT Policing is seeking witnesses or dash-cam footage following two ram-raids that occurred overnight in Ngunnawal and Charnwood.
About 3.30am a vehicle was used to damage the front entrance of the Ngunnawal IGA. Soon after, reports of a ram-raid at the Charnwood Newsagency were received.
Police believe a dark coloured Toyota RAV4 was used in both incidents. It was later found burnt out near Owen Dixon Drive in Spence.
Anyone who may have any information that could assist police – including dash-cam footage of the RAV4 – is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
