Transport Canberra has released its bus timetables for the new network that will launch with one month of free travel from Monday 29 April 2019.
New routes have been added to the network and all current routes have been revised with updates to bus times and route information. We encourage you to start planning your trip before the new network launches.
The new TC journey planner is designed to provide a better, more connected experience for all customers and public transport users. It has been designed with the new integrated public transport network in mind. Transport Canberra’s new integrated network may mean you need to use multiple forms of public transport to get to your destination. Commuters can choose from multiple journey modes including bus, light rail, bicycle and walking.
Discover what your future public transport options are by using the TC Journey Planner. Follow the steps below to plan your future trip:
- Type in your departure location, type in your destination and a leaving date of 29 April 2019 onwards
- Select from various options and preferences depending on your travel needs*
- The rest is worked out for you!
With the introduction of light rail services, you can use your MyWay card to take advantage of one ticket and one fare across the entire network.
Printed versions of the new timetables will be available closer to the commencement of the new network on Monday 29 April 2019.
Transport Canberra will provide more services, more often, 7-days a week while supporting Canberrans with a reliable, safe and efficient integrated transport network. One that makes Canberra better connected.
