Fire has damaged multiple townhouses along Boreham Lane and Bruning Street in Gungahlin.
ACT Fire & Rescue is investigating the cause of the fire but it is believed to be caused by a ruptured gas pipe.
Firefighters were called to the incident just before 1am. No one has been injured.
The ACT Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
