I have been advised by LDA that there has been a DA approved for the corner of Nullabor and Flemington on the Franklin side.
The development will have a supermarket 1,500m2 plus a liquor store 200m2 and an additional 4 specialty stores. The supermarket is similar size to Woolies in Bonner. A tenant has been locked in for the supermarket and liquor stores. The other stores will be leased closer to completion.
It is expected that the development will be completed and the supermarket operational towards the end of 2015.
