We have been inundated with messages in regards to waste collection in Gungahlin due to some confusing messaging from the ACT Government on recent changes in Gungahlin. These changes only affected the suburb of Gungahlin NOT the whole Gungahlin region. The roadside signs placed on major arterial roads did make this confusing.
The below provides details of the waste collection days for your general waste and recycling. Unless you are in the suburb of Gungahlin your collection days has not changed. For those in Gungahlin your waste collection has changed to Friday’s. Your recycling is still collected the same week but just on Friday’s.
