This morning traffic came to a standstill on Horse Park Drive near the Federal Highway after a 5 vehicle accident. ACT Fire and Rescue were alerted to the accident at 8:50am this morning.
A truck, ute, two cars and a motorcycle were involved in the peak hour accident.
Fire & Rescue extracted a female patient from one of the cars who was then treated at the scene by paramedics for head lacerations before being transported to The Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
Paramedics treated two others at the scene, one for a suspected dislocated shoulder and the other for lower leg injuries. Both were transported to hospital in a stable condition.
