ACT Fire & Rescue were called to a house fire this afternoon just before 2pm to an address on Taylor Street in Ngunnawal. At about 1 and a half hour later the fire was put out after multiple units attended the scene.

At approximately 4:40pm ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service were called to a house fire on Inglewood Street, Gungahlin. Upon arriving at the scene the house was well alight and firefighters actively worked to contain the fire. Three pumpers, a commander and breathing apparatus vehicle attended the scene. The residents were not at the premises at the time of the fire. The house experienced heavy damage, including partial roof collapse at the rear.
