Southbound traffic on Horse Park Drive will be switched to the newly finished road between Jacka, opposite the Amaroo playing fields, and the intersection of Horse Park Drive and Mulligans Flat Road in Bonner during the week of 10 December 2018, weather permitting. Northbound traffic will continue to use the existing road which will be signposted and delineated as a single lane.
The intersection at Roden Cutler Drive will continue to function with its current signal operation. Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that the intersection has increased in size.
Motorists will no longer be able to turn right from Mornington Crescent onto Horse Park Drive. The left turn only onto Horse Park Drive is a permanent feature of the new road arrangement.
Roadside signage will alert road users to the changed traffic arrangements.
