On Monday night Gungahlin Lakes Club launched their new community initiative be.giving. As a not-for-profit organisation, Gungahlin Lakes Club’s primary objective is to give back to the community.

Be.giving is an opportunity for you to nominate a community group, school, sports club or charity to receive a cash donation from the Gungahlin Lakes Club!

Gungahlin Lakes club will share $500 in donations between 3 nominated groups every month. Members will receive a token with every purchase from the venue. Tokens will be placed in the groups container by members to vote for their preferred group. At the end of the month tokens are counted and will determine the donation each group receives.

This month one such group that can benefit from this initiative is Dainere’s Rainbow Brain Tumour Research Fund of which I am the Ambassador for. Dainere’s Rainbow Brain Tumour Research Fund is a not for profit fund and 100% of all funds donated or raised go to research.

To nominate your community group, school, sports club or charity complete the form here: www.ainsliegroup.com.au/event/be-giving/
