At Crowning Point Fitness we’re dedicated to the health and fitness of our members. Helping you become the fittest and healthiest you can be. We are driven by your results. If something isn’t working, we change it, if it is then we will enhance it from there. Training should be fun, demanding and rewarding. If it’s boring or not achievable/scalable then the desire for all members can waiver, this is where our dedicated coaches are on the pulse to lighten the mood, pump up and get the team moving. You will work hard and have fun at the same time. Our programming is driven by functional movements, random elements and objects to fully achieve a complete workout. We utilize a very diverse range of movements, weight structures, and tempos to build our programs so that it is a challenge to everyone.
All fitness levels are welcome, our workouts are all adaptable and therefore anyone can get into. We will push you to and beyond your current limits and build your effective functions.
