Federal & State Governments are all investing heavily in trying to arrest the decline in young females participation in sports but AUSTRALIAN ALL STAR CHEERLEADING FEDERATION (AASCF) Cheer & Dance Championships are bucking the trend with over 55,000 competitors in 2017 which represents a 25% growth in participants.

SIRENS CHEERLEADERS, located in Mitchell Canberra, is proud to be sending nearly 100 athletes to compete in the sports crowning glory being AASCF National Cheer & Dance Championships who will compete against over 10,600 competitors from 1400+ teams at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on 24-26th November 2017 for the coveted title of National Champion.

All Star cheerleading teams do not cheer for other sports teams…. They are the TEAM!!!

All Star cheerleading is a competition sport that involves females and/or males performing a 2 minute & 30 second routine composed of stunting, pyramids, group tumbling, jumping and a dance break. This routine is performed and scored against other competitive teams at competitions.

All star competitions are an incredibly exciting and social event where sports combine with theater as All Star Cheerleading and Dance, perhaps more than any other sport, is judged not solely upon the sum of its parts, but on the overall entertainment value of superior technical athleticism combined with creative presentations.

Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) , is an organisation for All Star cheerleading coaches & athletes around the country dedicated to the promotion and advancement of All Star Cheer & Dance as a respected athletic discipline and sport.

AASCF is Australia’s largest and most prestigious event producer offering championships all across Australia from June to November
