Rugbytots classes in Gungahlin start on Saturday the 30th of January, with an exciting term planned for our new and returning Tots.

Due to the popularity Rugbytots in Gungahlin, we have added extra classes this term. We are now running two sessions for children 2 to 3.5yrs with further classes for children 3.5 to 5 and 5 to 7 years.

At Rugbytots we feel very passionate about providing children with a fun introduction to our sport. Our weekly play program is for girls and boys aged between 2 and 7. Split into three age groups, Rugbytots combines the multiple skills used in rugby in a fun, energetic and structured play program designed to enhance children’s social and physical skills. Classes for children for 2 to 3.5 yrs focus core skills like balance, agility and co-ordination with older groups expanding on this. Class sizes are limited to ensure each child can fully participate in our activities.

Gungahlin classes are held at John Paul College, 1021 Gungahlin drive Nicholls. Classes are currently running on Saturday mornings and parents are able to register interest for weekday classes which we hope to provide soon. Classes are also held in Lyneham and Southside.

Tots can be enrolled via following our website link, www.rugbytots.com.au/ViewClasses.aspx.

Head Coach for Rugbytots Gungahlin classes is Sharleen Coomber. As a talented sportswoman, she has played competitive sport for over a span of 20 years in both Australia and New Zealand.
