Residents that live in an area that is connected to the TransACT fibre to the home network will be receiving a letter in the mail notifying them that the transition to the NBN is about to begin.

The existing TransACT equipment will need to be replaced with NBN equipment. TransACT will be the ones who get in contact with you to book in a time for an NBN Co technician to attend. This will be free of charge for standard installations.

Once this swap has occurred you will be able to stay with your existing phone and Internet provider or choose another one (check your contract terms and conditions).

If you are looking to change providers please consider our sponsor and local business EveryNet.
