I have received responses from Tony Gill from Roads ACT in regards to the two issues raised in previous posts Slip lanes required on Horsepark Drive and Clarrie Hermes Drive extension roadworks.

Mr Gill has confirmed that funds have been allocated this financial year to undertake the forward design of intersection improvements at both intersections, Mapelton Avenue with Horsepark Drive and Katherine Avenue with Horsepark Drive. This work is currently under way and will include consultation with residents through the Gungahlin Community Council. The recommendation from this work will form the basis for construction funds in a future capital Works program. The funding for the actual construction has not yet been approved.Tony has also advised he will investigate the road works signage still in place around Clarrie Hermes extension and arrange to have them removed.
