Icon Water crews are conducting necessary works which may cause temporary water discolouration in the Amaroo and Bonner area on Tuesday, 20 February 2018.

As a result of these works there will be a change in direction of water flow. This may cause temporary water discolouration in the area due to some sediment being stirred up within the network.

It is not recommended that you drink the water if it appears, tastes or smells objectionable. Customers experiencing discoloured water are advised not to use washing machines and dishwashers as it may stain clothing or clog filters.

Any discolouration should clear with normal use, though if you continue to experience discoloured water after Tuesday, 20 February 2018 let us know by calling 02 6248 3111 and selecting option 1.

Icon Water would like to apologise to our customers in the affected areas for any inconvenience this necessary work may cause.

Please go to iconwater.com.au or twitter.com/iconwater for updates.
