Ben White PT is proud to announce the commencement of the first Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) training camp in the Gungahlin area.

This training camp uses training methods employed by professional sports teams from the NRL, AFL, NBL, A-League as well as individual athletes such as CrossFit and obstacle race competitors. The training methods are based on the most up to date and current high performance research and have been validated by some of the best coaches in the world.

If you want to boost your aerobic fitness capacity, drop body fat and be able to recover form high intensity training faster, this training camp is for you.

Here are the details:

  • 4 weeks of targeted training
  • 2 x 1 hour sessions per week (Tue and Thu at 6-7am)
  • Start 23/11/2017 • Finish 21/12/2017
  • Strictly limited to the first 10 people to register

Ben is a Level 3 AusREP (Registered Exercise Professional) with Fitness Australia and has a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University. Currently completing his Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach accreditation, he has spent the last 20 years helping the general public and athletes alike, achieve their goals of becoming fitter, stronger, faster and performing better.
